    Principles of Inorganic Chemistry (化学原理A,40学时)

    Teaching Assistant: Linqing MO (莫林擎); Weichen WEI (魏玮琛)

    This course is a kind of outline course and concisely introduces all the basic principles and concepts of modern chemistry that undergraduates need to know. This course covers the following two major areas: Chemical principles and Chemical theories. I would introduces the former part only, including states of matter, chemical thermodynamics and chemical equilibrium (acid-base, precipitation, coordination, redox).

    (for 化学系大一新生,55人)。教学用书:《无机化学》张祖德编著,中国科学技术大学出版社。教学内容为化学原理(1-5章),包括:气体、液体和溶液的性质;化学热力学基础和化学平衡;酸碱理论和电离平衡;沉淀反应;氧化还原反应和电化学。

    Synthesis and Structural Analysis for Crystals (晶体合成与结构分析,40学时)

    Teaching Assistant: Meili Ding (丁美丽)

    This is a professional course facing to the following graduate students: 1) those will be involved in coordination chemistry, organometallic chemistry, organic chemistry; 2) those will synthesize single crystals to decide their structures in their future research; 3) those are interested in  understanding/drawing crystal structures; etc.  This course will introduce the basic crystallography, the synthesis and growth of crystals, single crystal X-ray diffraction, crystal structure determination and refinement, the description of crystal structures, the introduction of different softwares for drawing crystal structures, the drawing and analysis of topological structures; etc.

    (for 研究生,46人)。教学用书:《单晶结构分析原理与实践》陈小明、蔡继文编著,科学出版社;《晶体结构精修》 陈昊鸿、赵景泰译,高教出版社;《Crystal Structure Refinement: A Crystallographer's Guide to SHELXL》 by Peter Müller, Regine Herbst-Irmer, Anthony Spek, Thomas Schneider, Michael Sawaya, Oxford Science Publications。教学内容包括绪论、简明晶体学基础、晶体的合成与培养、单晶X-射线衍射、晶体结构解析与精修、晶体结构的表达、画图软件的使用、结构拓扑分析与绘画等。
